Stormwater Foreman
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour depending upon experience/ qualifications. Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
Foreman will report to the Superintendent.
Our projects cover much of the State of Colorado and central Wyoming. Crew meet-up locations depend on where the projects are located.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Class A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus)
- Good driving record
- 1 year experience leading crews performing similar activities
- 3 years in sediment & erosion control and/or restoration industry
- Proficiency using computers & mobile devices
- Knowledge of state and local construction stormwater regulatory requirements a plus
General Responsibilities
- Installing and maintaining pollution control measures per the SWMP/SWPPP
- Assisting crew/company in all areas of stormwater regulatory compliance management to the best of your abilities
- Performing restoration (soil prep, seeding, mulching, other stabilization methods)
- Operating and maintaining various sizes of farm and construction equipment (skid steers & tractors with attachments, power tools, hand tools)
- Contributing to team productivity and a high-quality work product for our clients
- Keeping yourself and your team members in good health and uninjured
- Learning & implementing company systems and standard processes quickly
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure company safety and quality standards are met
- Monitor crew attendance and punctuality, and report to managers
- Allocate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ensures that each job or project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Daily work completed/crew time reporting
- Supervise the use of equipment and machinery
- Maintain productivity goals through pre-planning and effective implementation
